4.2 No Refund Policy

All payments made to KickRender.com are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to subscription fees, one-time charges, or any other fees associated with the Services. We strongly encourage you to review our subscription options carefully before making a purchase.

4.3 Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect immediately. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation, but previously paid fees will not be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on KickRender.com, including logos, designs, and text, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any 3D models, designs, or other content you upload to our platform ("User Content").

6.2 No Storage of User Content

We do not store any models, images, or other content uploaded to our platform. All uploaded files are processed temporarily for the sole purpose of providing the Services and are deleted immediately after processing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
